Absolutely. Most of our clients are not. You tell us how your business works and what bugs you, and we take care of the technical side and explain everything in plain English.
Every business is different, so pricing is too. Depending on the project, that could be a project fee or a percentage of the revenue or sales the software helps bring in. We agree on terms together before any work begins, and many clients start with one small, focused improvement and build from there.
Usually, yes. We regularly connect to things like Square, Shopify, QuickBooks, Stripe and Google Workspace, so you do not have to throw out what already works.
Yes. Donation pages, volunteer sign-ups, event registration and member records are all things we build for organisations doing good work.
We train you and your staff so you can run it yourselves. If you would like us to keep looking after it, an optional support plan covers maintenance, fixes and new features for a regular fee. It is entirely up to you: the software is yours, and you are free to maintain it on your own.
Modern, well-supported tools that will be around for years: Rust, TypeScript, Go and Python, Svelte and React, Postgres and MySQL, hosted on GCP, Vercel and Cloudflare. You do not need to know any of that, but it is there if you ask.
